Companies may access a 3-day free trial without providing payment information. After the trial, you may continue using the Service by subscribing to one of our paid plans. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain its accuracy at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password and for all activities under your account. You must promptly notify Monitoring Paid Search of any unauthorized access or breach of security. Unless your credentials are obtained fraudulently, you are responsible for all charges incurred.
If you enter billing information during or after your trial, your account will automatically convert to a base subscription unless upgraded. Payments are processed securely via credit card. You authorize Monitoring Paid Search to charge your card on a recurring basis according to your plan.
We may update our fees or billing methods with 30 days’ notice via email. All fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused periods. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
You agree to ensure the accuracy, legibility, and completeness of all information you provide to Monitoring Paid Search. You are solely responsible for your conduct, content, and communications while using our Services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation results in immediate deactivation of your account and permanent deletion of stored data. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
Monitoring Paid Search may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or unethical activity. Termination may prevent future access to your account or associated data.
Monitoring Paid Search makes no warranties regarding your ability to use the Services, your satisfaction with them, or the uninterrupted availability of the platform. We do not guarantee that all bugs or errors will be corrected, nor do we warrant the accuracy of any calculations or analytics performed.
Accounts are controlled by the entity whose email address is registered. If your account email domain is associated with an organization, that organization may request administrative control or access to certain account information, including your name and email address.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monitoring Paid Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including data loss, downtime, or lost profits.
Monitoring Paid Search reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date below. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
